ABOUT THE CARDINALS 

Coach Robert Krizancic’s Cardinals were the Greater Cleveland Conference champs a year ago and return a strong club led by Ian Ioppolo (University of Findlay), the GCC Player of the Year. He scored 22.1 points a game and grabbed 7 boards as a junior. Also back this year is Matt Biddell (Walsh University), who scored 17.1 ppg, dished out 5.3 assists, and hauled in 7.4 rebounds a game. Kobe Frazure-Azzano led the team in rebounds, averaging more than 10 a game while scoring nearly 10 ppg. Both Biddell and Frazure-Azzano were named to the All-GCC first team.
