ABOUT THE PANTHERS 

The Panthers are led by 2021 Florida 7A State Coach of the Year Ben Witherspoon, who guided his club to the state championship a year ago behind the strength of three big-time Division 1 players. Leading the way is 6-10 Ernest Udeh, Jr., who is ranked No. 29 by Rivals. Already committed to Kansas, he averaged 10 points and 10 boards a game as a junior. Senior guard Denzel Aberdeen (6-4), who will be playing at the University of Florida next year, leads the team in scoring at 17 ppg. Riley Kugel, a 6-5 senior guard, who scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds a game, has committed to Mississippi State.
