Sullivan Central High School

Another impossible first-round draw: Gainesville, tenth in the nation, with three Division I signees. Dickie Warren had hoped for rebounds and defense from long-armed 6-4 senior center Kris McGrady, who had instead become Central's most reliable post-up threat when he stayed out of foul trouble, with 6-3 senior forward Shawn Harris and 5-9 senior guard Jeremy Campbell. 4-6 coming in.
