Lee Hill, a five-time coach of the year in his 17th season, brought the Blue Devils back for a second Arby's after a 26-6 regional championship season. The strength was up front: 6-6, 245-pound senior Kendall Hill (12.4 points), signed with hometown Georgia Southern, and 6-7 senior Josh Orr (14.0), who had combined for 19 rebounds a game the year before. 6-0 senior guard Jerrale Lee led the scoring at 20.0, and only one other player came in with varsity experience. 3-2 coming in.
