Flying out of the gate toward a second straight Region 1-AA title, with loads of experience and, as ever under Bobby Snyder, sound fundamentals. 6-3 senior forward Thomas Gouge (15 ppg), with 23-foot range, was one of Northeast Tennessee's top offensive threats, with 6-2 senior center Adam Morton (14) and 5-10 junior guard Justin Humphries (11). Snyder, in his 39th year, was 38-1 in season openers. 9-1 coming in.
