The Cardinals were 22-6 and a state quarterfinalist in 2017-18. Chico Carter, sr, 6-4, 21.8ppg, 5.2rpg, 4.7apg returns to lead the Cardinals. Carter has committed to Murray State. Josh Beadle, soph, 6-4, 9.6ppg, 2.3apg and Bryce Earle, sr, 6-1, 4.4ppg also return. Silas Christie, soph, 6-4 will also be counted on to help the Cardinals. Several starters have already committed to D1 schools. No South Carolina team has ever won the Arby’s Classic. Could Coach Deter’s Cardinals be the first?
